It was Orson, a former arch-nemesis of Pac-Man, teleporting him using a Pac-Man arcade machine. He starts flying towards his cake, about to smash into it, before being teleported outside of Pac-Land.

Electro-Shock Power Pellet - Blue-colored pellet.Pac-Man gains a green aura, and if he does a Butt-Bounce, a green shockwave spreads out around him, initiating a ripple in the ground.
Super Stomp Power Pellet - Green-colored pellet. If he wraps around an enemy, it will close in on them and kill them. Pac-Man gains a tan aura, and a trail of tan follows him. Ribbon Loop Power Pellet - Tan-colored pellet. Power Pellet - Used to eat Spectral Monsters. Toc-Man - Orson rebuilds his old Toc-Man robot, and lets Pac-Man use it. Blinky - Blinky can use his powers to form a ghostly screech called a "Sonic Boo". Pinky - Pinky can turn invisible platforms visible for Pac-Man to jump on. Pac-Man - The main playable character of the game. The Butt-Bounce deals heavy damage in this game. The Rev-Roll can be used to break crates and defeat enemies, and punching replaces the Flip Kick from Pac-Man World 2. Returning moves include the Butt-Bounce, which can only be performed thrice, but the third one creates a small shockwave that spreads out. Unlike the first two however, World 3 features more fighting and melee-style gameplay, making it more of a beat 'em up game than a true platformer. Separate 5 cards are provided for the "test" mode.Like its predecessors, Pac-Man World 3 is a 3D platformer starring Pac-Man. The player is able to collect bonuses, which gives the virtual protégé a boost, for example, temporary invulnerability, which allows attacking ghosts. Pak-Man's arcade adventures take place in 7 labyrinths, the goal of the gamer has remained unchanged from the original game - to collect all the spheres on the way in order to get bonus points. This project received an updated graphic component, in which more colors, neon reflections and special effects were added.
